Question of the Day: Play it Cool?

Ahh yes, time for another Question of the Day. Maybe I should start an accronym for this (QOTD) and see if people start picking up on it and maybe this blog site will become known for the infamous Question of the Day posts! lol.

Anyways….

QUESTION: You’ve met a new girl and in the talking / casual hang out stage (meet a new guy for all ladies out there). Your experience thus far tells you not to be needy or overzelous. But you know… you just might like this girl given a little more time and she just might like you assuming the same circumstance. So how long should you stay casual before taking a step forward? Should you wait for signs? Gut instinct? Possibly something that just happens … aka, if it was meant to be, it will happen. What if you wait too long and (s)he looses interest?

I watched “Hitch” last night (starring Will Smith) and I think that I agree with him that any guy has a chance with any girl. Some guys are naturals while others have to work harder at it. Same applies for women.

So back to the orignal question, when should one stop ‘playing it cool’ and take the risk by being more forward? When should a guy or a girl jump out on a limb and hope that they can fly? Three dates? No specified time period? Just roll with it?

This question really does apply to all individuals. All of us. So I hope all of you can share your opinion.
