Question of the day - When should one give up on a girl?

Ok, that is an extremely loaded question and I won’t go in-depth. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable of the opposite sex and I do pretty well for myself actually. I realize that have to build attraction and you can just as easily take it away overnight.

But … and I realize this is complicated question … if a girl is interested in you and you her, but not ‘together’ … how long should you pursue the girl before calling it quits. You could potentially play games with her for months/years to come and never fully hook up — but that is only fun for so long; especially when don’t have a problem finding ladies. But you want this girl and she isn’t yours.

Sort of a summary of my situation. A bit more complicated than that, but it certainly doesn’t need to be. I don’t want to have to play mind games to win the girl over… Hmmmmm.
